Shipping Policy - The Basics 

  • Free shipping is available on orders that exceed $125 of items from the same warehouse, and does not extend to other items in the order unless they also qualify for free shipping. The shipping method is usually the most economical or convenient, typically Budget Shipping (most commonly UPS Ground or USPS for packages). Expedited options such as Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select are available for an additional cost.

  • Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to HI, AK, PR, or international locations. Large items eligible for free shipping may need to be delivered to a business location without a liftgate. Hardware stores and similar businesses often offer this service at no charge. Expedited shipping is not available for large items such as heating and cooling equipment.

  • Orders are shipped via the most economical or convenient method, with an estimated delivery time of up to two weeks. Once an order ships, customers will receive tracking details, including the shipper’s name. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

  • This free shipping offer is available for a limited time. Lower My Heating Bill reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offer at any time.
