Modern Flames 42-in Redstone Built-In Electric Fireplace

Create a stunning focal point in larger living spaces with the Modern Flames Redstone RS-4229 42" Electric Fireplace Insert. Combining advanced flame technology, customizable lighting effects, and supplemental heating performance, this premium electric fireplace delivers the beauty of a traditional fire without the need for gas lines, venting, or complicated installation. Its larger format makes it an excellent choice for spacious rooms, open-concept floor plans, and modern entertainment areas. At the heart of the RS-4229 is Modern Flames' innovative Hybrid-FX Flame Technology, which uses high-intensity RGB LED lighting and advanced reflection technology to create a vibrant, lifelike flame presentation. Customize the appearance to match your mood or décor with independent control of flame color, ember bed color, and downlight color, each offering 10 selectable options. The included decorative log set and crystal media enhance the realistic fire experience while adding contemporary style to any room. The integrated 5,000 BTU heater provides supplemental warmth for areas up to 400 square feet and features a variable thermostat adjustable from 68°F to 88°F for personalized comfort. Two heat settings allow you to choose the ideal level of warmth, while independent flame and heat controls let you enjoy the visual ambiance of the fireplace year-round, even when heat is not needed. Operating at approximately 40 dB, the unit delivers quiet performance suitable for everyday living spaces. Designed for easy DIY installation, the RS-4229 can be inserted into an existing zero-clearance wood-burning fireplace or recessed into a wall with as little as 10 inches of depth. It plugs into a standard 120V household outlet and requires no venting or gas connection, making installation simple and cost-effective. Because heat is directed forward rather than upward, it can be safely installed below a television in many applications. Additional convenience features include touch-button controls, a remote control, and a programmable sleep timer with settings up to 8 hours. The package includes the electric fireplace, remote control, crystal media, decorative log set, trim kits, and user manual. Combining premium flame effects, flexible installation, and dependable heating performance, the Modern Flames Redstone RS-4229 Electric Fireplace Insert is an elegant upgrade for any modern home.
